BOTH beaten by Santa

BOTH won a silver medal in The most beautiful stamp of the year -competition with our Torronsuo National Park stamp. We were beaten by Santa, whose sled was about 300 votes faster than ours.

Bummer! Last year it was silver and bronze to us, this year silver, but since Santa is our very good friend, we take this loss with dignity.

Turku Cultural Year Launched

BOTH liked the fireworks of the opening of the Turku Cultural Capital Year. Nice boom-boom-boom. Darn cold, it was, though.

Congratulations anyway, Turku! We’re happy to be in.
